Gibb's Farm is located on the forested slopes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. It lies half way between Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater, near the village of Karatu. Built in 1929, the Farmhouse has hardly changed, retaining the charm of a well looked-after private house.

20 Farm Cottages, featuring rich wooden floors and classic interiors with wraparound windows. En-suite garden bathrooms offer twin basins, luxurious bathtubs and indoor/ outdoor showers. A wraparound fireplace warms the bathroom and living area.

The Octagon Safari Lodge is a small and intimate hotel a short drive from Tanzania 's world famous Ngorongoro Crater. Built in the old colonial farmhouse style the lodge evokes the charm of an old African homestead.
Accommodation
The rooms have been designed in the style of luxury summer chalets having individual private verandas outside where guests can sit out and enjoy the sun. Each room can accommodate two or more people and contains en-suite bathroom and shower and four-poster beds with mosquito nets.

The Bougainvillea Safari Lodge is conveniently located a few meters from the tarmac road that leads to both the Lake Manyara National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Accommodation
24 fully furnished, self contained cottages with either two twin beds or one king bed. There are also family rooms - perfect for those travelling with children. Beds have mosquito netting to ensure a sound sleep. Each cottage features a spacious verandah, fireplace there's also plenty of hot water.

- With the skills of Chef Reggie, it is no wonder that many of our compliments are related to the food at Bougainvillea. Meals are served family style and naturally, we will ensure special dietary requirements are met with advance notice.
- Private dining can be arranged in our dining bandas just off the main dining room. We also can prepare both picnic breakfast and picnic lunch for guests heading out to the national parks.

| CRATER FOREST TENTED LODGE |

The lodge is located in northern Tanzania, East Africa, set a 10 km scenic drive away from the main road leading from Karatu town to Ngorongoro Crater. Established on a highland coffee plantation called Kirin Coffee Estate, altitude 1,800 m above sea-level, the lodge occupies previously cultivated fields directly bordering Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area (NCAA).
Accommodation
The lodge is operated as an eco-friendly small scale lodge with 15 tented rooms, all on platforms with magnificent views over the Ngorongoro Forest. The rooms are spacious and all have en-suite bathrooms with hot showers and toilets. For those chilly upland nights enjoy the warmth of your own African-style firepot. Complementary coffee and tea are served on your veranda in the morning.

The Highview Hotel is located 140 km North-West of Arusha, outside the town of Karatu, set between the Northern Highlands Forest Reserve of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the surrounding coffee farms.

The hotel rooms are located reposefully on top of a small hill - in a building separate from the main building guaranteeing you a maximum of calmness and relaxation. However the distance between the two buildings is very short and it's an easy promenade through our beautiful gardens. All rooms are tastefully furnished and have king size twin beds and en-suite bathrooms with toilet and hot shower.

Kudu Lodge & Camp are set in 11 acres of farmland approximately 2 kms from the main road through Karatu and leading to the famous National Parks of Northern Tanzania.
