Kisima Ngeda Tented Camp is situated directly on the shore of Lake Eyasi. The camp lies amidst a beautiful natural palm and acacia forest with a colossal rock as a backdrop and a natural spring nearby.
Accommodation
The camp consists of five tents built on permanent platforms. All tents are thatched with traditional palm fronds and the en suite bathroom section is built with natural palm stems, giving it a rustic appearance. There is hot and cold running water supplied by our spring and heated through environmentally friendly ‘kuni boilers’ that burn dry palm fronds.. Toilets are flush type and we have a proper septic system. Furniture and bedding is comfortable and in keeping with traditional safari style. From all tents offer a beautiful view of the lake.
Facilities
The camp consists of an open dining room and bar, as well as a platform hidden in the reeds next to the spring where one can have a romantic dinner under the stars or chill out in the heat of the day and birdwatch.
Lighting is supplied by inverter and generator and is of the energy saving type.

TINDIGA TENTED LODGE
A beautiful lodge close – just 1.5 km from Lake Eyasi, the lake of east African bushman. Overseeing the shrubland of the Eyasi Ecosystem, one can see the distant hills of Ngorongoro, this view gives the ultimate “African experience”.

The lodge has 10 spacious rooms, giving it an intimate atmosphere, with tentative and personalized service. The spacious rooms all have en-suite bathrooms with showers and toilets.

Bird Watching: The wetlands of Lake Eyasi are famous for the vast amount of bird species, it’s a birdwatchers paradise.
Walking Safaris: A walk to the lake is also a very nice thing to do, have a sundowner and think back of the old days of early mankind.
