On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our driver will meet you and transfer you to Arusha, a drive of about 45 to 60 minutes. As you settle in, you’ll begin to get a feel for the surroundings, with views of the landscape and glimpses of local life along the way. On arrival at your lodge, there’s time to relax after your journey before dinner and overnight.

After breakfast and a short briefing, we depart from Arusha and drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, passing through scenic highlands and local villages along the way. Upon arrival, we descend into the crater for a game drive and a packed lunch near the hippo pool. The crater offers excellent wildlife viewing, with chances of spotting lions, elephants, buffalo, hyenas, and if lucky, the rare black rhino. After exploring the crater floor, we ascend back to the rim and continue to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast in Ngorongoro, we set off towards the Central Serengeti, a drive of about four hours as we descend from the highlands into the open plains. Along the way, the landscape changes noticeably, and wildlife begins to appear more frequently, with chances of seeing giraffes, zebras, and antelope, along with predators such as lions and hyenas. We enjoy a packed lunch en route before continuing into the heart of the Serengeti, arriving at camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Today is spent exploring the Serengeti. We head out after breakfast, with the whole day to move through the plains and see what unfolds. No two drives are the same, one moment it’s quiet, the next you’re watching lions, cheetahs, or herds on the move. We stop for a packed lunch in the bush before continuing into the afternoon. As the sun begins to set, the light turns golden across the plains, one of those simple moments that stays with you. From there, we make our way back to camp for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast in the Central Serengeti, we set off towards the Northern Serengeti, a drive of about five hours as we follow wildlife across the plains, with chances of seeing lions, cheetahs, and elephants. On arrival near the Mara River, your guide will take you straight to the river. Game drives here are all about timing and patience, positioning the vehicle at a safe distance, often under a tree, and as the wildebeest gather, we slowly move closer and stop to watch the crossing unfold. Later, we make our way to camp for dinner and overnight.

Today is spent around the Mara River, where patience often leads to unforgettable moments. We head out after breakfast and position ourselves carefully, watching as herds gather along the riverbanks. There’s always a sense that something could happen at any time. When a crossing begins, it’s fast and full of energy, with crocodiles in the water and predators nearby. We enjoy a packed lunch in the area before continuing through the afternoon. As the light softens, the plains take on a warm golden glow before we make our way back to camp for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, we transfer to Kogatende Airstrip for your flight to Arusha, a journey of about 2.5 hours. As you fly out, you begin to appreciate just how vast the Serengeti is, with endless plains stretching out below, winding rivers cutting through the land, and the highlands rising in the distance before the landscape opens into the Rift Valley. On arrival at Arusha Airport, our driver will meet you and take you to a restaurant for lunch before continuing to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight home.
