Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge is a perfectly positioned wilderness camp, giving easy access to some of Serengeti’s true treasures. Within reach here are wonders such as the Olduvai Gorge and its museum, the renowned Maasai Kopjes, the wildlife hub of Seronera, and the famous Grumeti River.
Styled using the bright colors of Africa, Kubu Kubu combines a splash of luxury with a warm and friendly ambiance. The Serengeti plains unfold before you as you witness the Tanzanian wildlife passing right in front of your tent.
Our tents are all en suite with an outside shower under the stars. Each has a private terrace, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the views of the stunning landscape in front of you.
Guests will find amenities such as a tea/coffee tray, mosquito nets, a fan, an internal phone, and extra-long beds. Electricity is provided round-the-clock. Hairdryers are provided in the room. A family option is available, two interconnecting tents with a porch and shared bathroom.
The camp has excellent dining facilities, and meals here are a real highlight, perhaps a surprise given the remote location. But our guests comment favorably on the creations of our chef – and they can’t be wrong!
Our packed lunches are popular, too. Special diets can be catered for on request. Enjoy a range of refreshing drinks, and remember that they are included in the price.
