Part of the Mnemba Atoll, the Mnemba Island is home to the incredible barefoot oasis of andBeyond Mnemba Island, which contains only twelve oceanside bandas, making it an ideal venue for that super-romantic getaway.
Guests at AndBeyond Mnemba Island enjoy their strip of beach, perfect white sands from which to gaze over to the main island or across the Indian Ocean. This tiny island, only a mile long, is home only to guests and the staff who work tirelessly to make this stay one that will linger in the memory forever.
andBeyond Mnemba Island’s twelve bands are surrounded by forest on one side and the unspoiled beach on the other. Each one connects to an ensuite bathroom. Zanzibari craftsmanship is evident in the woodwork that decorates the accommodations.

Guests at AndBeyond Mnemba Island have a venue for their meals, communally in the thatched dining room, on the beach, beneath the forest palms, or in total privacy in their banda.
Start the day with fresh fruit juice, tropical fruits, and fresh Tanzanian coffee in your accommodation. Why not end the day with a romantic dinner on the white sands as the ocean gently laps nearby?
