Camp Atupele was fairly recently built, using natural, local stone and wood materials. It is near the Mikumi National Park and offers great service and facilities.
Amongst those are a large swimming pool and a range of accommodation options catering to up to eight guests. As the management lives on-site, you will be well cared for during your stay at the camp.
Accommodation for guests at Camp Atupele is provided in round huts, spacious and perfect for couples, family suites with two double beds, or in the camp’s hostel, which has dormitory-style accommodations divided between male and female rooms.
Apart from the hostel, each room is ensuite with bed linen, towels, tea & coffee-making facilities. Family suites have an outdoor seating area. All rooms are accessible to those with lesser mobility.
Camp Atupele’s chef uses fresh local ingredients to provide excellent meals, which can be enjoyed in the restaurant, out on the sun terrace, or served – on request – in your room. Choose a drink from the well-stocked bar.
The dinner is served buffet-style, giving you total flexibility. Camp Atupele can cater to vegetarians and others with special dietary needs; please give advance notice of your requirements. We can provide most things!
