In a location perfect for the maximum wildlife experience, the Lemala Ewanjan Tented Camp is an intimate, peaceful tented camp in the Seronera Valley. Here you can enjoy the Serengeti experience fully, with year-round game-viewing and the chance to marvel at the Great Migration as it passes through twice annually.
The camp features great areas for relaxing, drinking, or exchanging stories with fellow guests. Perhaps you will chill in one of the leather sofas or sip a cocktail as the sun sets over the savannah.
Only 12 en suite tents make up this secluded private camp, each spacious and comfortable with two queen-size beds, a safari-style shower, a flush toilet, wooden floors, and tasteful furnishings.
Outdoor decking and sun loungers provide welcome settings for your afternoon rest, morning coffee, or evening drink. Triple rooms can also be provided on request. Charging facilities can be found in communal areas.
The kitchen team conjures up some truly delicious food at the camp, combining European and African dishes to delight the guests

Guests have two choices when deciding how to get to the camp. The first option is to fly into either Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport, stay overnight in Arusha City, and then be driven 335 kilometers or 8 hours to the camp.
Alternatively, guests can avoid the bumpy Tanzanian roads by taking an internal flight from Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport to the Seronera Airstrip, which is only a 90-minute flight and a 40-minute drive from the airstrip to the lodge.
The Central Serengeti’s Seronera area is superb for wildlife, with game-viewing all year round. Why? Because of the region’s many rivers and water that attracts the animals. And the presence of those herd animals attracts big cats. And, of course, the Great Migration visits here twice yearly, guaranteeing animal drama. As the camp is located inside the National Park, you will have the option to start your morning game drives nice and early each day.
