The Tandala Tented Camp has just eleven luxury tents, raised and roomy. They can be configured as twins or doubles. Children can be accommodated in an extra bed. At the tent’s rear, there is an ensuite.
Out front, guests will enjoy sitting on their veranda, looking out towards the Mdweka Sand River, popular with passing animals such as warthog, giraffe, reedbuck, and baboon. Elephants are frequent visitors to the adjacent water holes.
Tandala Tented Camp breakfast can be cooked with sausages, bacon, eggs, fresh milk and fruit juice, home-baked bread, jam or honey, exotic fruit salad, and Tanzanian coffee or tea.
Lunch is available in the dining room or as a picnic if you are busy game-driving all day. The campfire at Tandala Tented Camp is the perfect venue for your three-course dinner, created by the camp chef and accompanied by fine wine or a cool beer. Precede it all with some downtime in the Tandala Bar.
