Alternatively, guests can take a vehicle from Arusha to the lodge, a journey of 2 ½ hours.
The lodge is situated outside the national parks, so there are no animals in the immediate region. Guests can, however, enjoy some of the 140 bird species recorded here. Look out for Fischer’s lovebird or the lilac-breasted roller.
