Let a boat trip at sunset introduce you to the colorful birdlife or take you close (but not too close!) to the wallowing hippos or slumbering crocodiles. Afterward, kick back in the comfortable sofas in the communal lounge and refresh yourself with a cool drink as the animals continue their wanderings.
The twelve Meru-style walk-in tents of the Lake Manze Tented Camp are furnished with one double or two twin beds. In addition, each has a flush toilet, an outdoor shower, and mosquito netting.
There is also a private veranda, from which guests might spot wildlife as the animals go about their morning routines.
Guests at Lake Manze Tented Camp can opt for a bush breakfast or lunch, picnic-style, on safari. You can dine by candlelight on the shore of the lake or outside your tent for that special occasion. Given the location, the high standards are a pleasant surprise.
