What we love at Serengeti Migration Camp

Rooms at Serengeti Migration Camp

Our ten tents here are beautifully equipped, and each has its round-the-clock attendant. Inside, you will discover a small sitting area, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a safe. Of course, there is an en suite with a bucket shower, too.
Outside, enjoy the scenery from your wooden deck. Stylish, contemporary, and classic are accurate descriptions of these five-star tents. Being a portable camp, the environmental footprint is minimal.

Dining at Serengeti Migration Camp

The food here is a source of great pride, combining the best of traditional Tanzanian cuisine with tempting international tastes.
Breakfast can be served in camp before you begin the day or packed up for eating out ‘in the bush’ if you have an early start. The same applies to lunch, while dinners are offered in the spacious, communal dining tent or privately for those seeking a romantic or intimate experience.

FAQs for Serengeti Migration Camp

You have questions, many questions. With over 35 years of experience, we at Easy Travel believe we have the answers.

If you are arriving by air, you will fly from Arusha and land at the Lamai Airstrip, the airstrip for the Northern Serengeti (flight time: 90 minutes). Note that strict luggage limits apply in a soft bag, normally 15kg max—weight. From there, it is a 90-minute drive to the camp. For those arriving purely by road, the camp is a seven-hour drive from Arusha or three hours from the Ngorongoro Crater.
The renowned Great Migration passes by this camp in the Northern Serengeti twice yearly. In this amazing National Park, you will find almost every species you could wish for: lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, Thomson’s gazelle, and many, many more. And don’t forget to look up: there are more than 500 species of bird recorded here!
The cost of a stay will depend on the dates of your stay and the number of guests. Please get in touch with us for prices.
Your agreed rate includes accommodation, all meals, all drinks (not premium brands nor champagne), airstrip transfers,* laundry, two shared game-viewing activities per day,* and emergency medical evacuation.
